We offer the range of biologically active powders made by new, innovative technology (not being liofilization or traditional drying and grinding) preserving all biological properties like contents of vitamins, minerals, polyphenols, fiber etc. of fruits, vegetables, milk, grains, meat, mushrooms, herbs and other organic materials as mussel, honey and others.
Powders made by this technology are witout any artificial base, 100% natural, in dimension of 1-100 micrones and humidity of 6-8%, giving possibility of long storage and durability as raw materials as well as final product.

Studies on powders produced by an innovative method created by our company were performed by the Accredited Laboratory of Food Evaluation and Health Diagnostics at Warsaw Agricultural University. Test parameters: coefficient of water absorption, sedimentation, content of vitamin C, polyphenols, antioxidant ingredients, appearance, smell, taste as well as texture.

As a manufacturer of 100% powdered vegetables, fruit, (including berries), mushrooms and herbs, the "Admor" Company has introduced an innovative MDP (Monochronic Drying and Powdering) technology in 2016 for guaranteeing the manufacture of high quality premium powders in disposable stick-packs weighing from 3 to 5 grams according to the product type.
The company uses high quality produce from monitored crops grown in Poland. It places particular focus on the delivery of its raw materials according to scheduled deadlines as well as in the methods used for storing and transporting raw materials to the company, thereby allowing high organoleptic properties and nutritional values to be maintained in its products.
The raw materials embraced by this MDP technology are subjected to microbiological and phytosanitary control. Every delivery of such raw materials possesses appropriate documentation / certificates in accordance with the legally binding regulations.
In order to manufacture 100% natural premium powders from the aforementioned raw materials, the innovative MDP technology uses monochronous / synchronous forms of mild drying at low temperatures along with micronisation into powder in order to retain the high qualities of the raw materials, with processing kept to a minimum.
Automated control over low temperature during all stages of the manufacturing process guarantees a 100% natural premium powder from the raw materials used, thus preserving their high nutritional values. The upper temperature limit may exceed 40°C, depending on the technological process required to be applied for any given type of raw material. Using the MDP technology, makes the 100% natural premium powders manufactured a readily digestible product of high nutritional value.
Furthermore, these "Admor"-produced 100% natural premium powders do not contain any additives such as preservatives, flavour enhancers, synthetic dyes, etc. The manufactured premium powders are 100% natural, dehydrated and powdered products, that retain the food-sensory characteristics of the raw material.
The innovative MDP technology ensures that the capillaries of the raw materials’ hard parts are continuously opened with water being simultaneously evaporated thereby forming a vapour- mix shell that affords heat protection for each particle of the raw material. As a result, the temperature of the dried material does not exceed 20-4040°C; being mostly at 40°C. Through being based on monochronous / synchronous drying and micronisation at low temperatures, the innovative MDP technology thereby produces a 100% pure and natural premium powder from all types of such raw materials. The minimally processed, 100% natural premium powders are rich in bioactive substances like vitamins, minerals, polyphenols, which are not lost in the technological processes employed.
Compared to the raw materials, a 5-9 fold increase in the total nutrient content of the manufactured powders is achieved arising from the preserved vitamins, macronutrients, micronutrients, organic acids and other nutrients resulting from the high dry matter content; thus delivering a product with multidirectional health effects. The great advantage of the 100% natural premium powders is their high nutritional value and dietary fibre content because the powders are manufactured from whole fruit / vegetables, but not from juices.
